Five Looks from the Lacoste Show
This season marked the return of Lacoste to Paris Fashion Week. And the show – staged in the open air at the Jardin des Tuileries – felt deservedly celebratory. So did the clothes. Here are our 5 favourite looks:

Look 3 – An hommage to "la parisienne," look 3 is something we could see every girl in the capital wear. Everything from the slouchy jeans to the simple t-shirt, and the long waistcoat to accessorize, feels easy and wearable and, above all, chic. Even if most Parisian girls would rather wear it with sneakers than kitten heels...
Look 4 – Behold the activewear dandy: in his old-school green tracksuit, white sneakers and polo shirt, he's both practical and louche, part Wes Anderson character, part vintage Italian chavtastic (the mustache! Those glasses!). This one might be difficult to try at home but so worth it if done well.
Look 29 – A lurex bodycon dress with a ruffle. The idea couldn't be any more simple. And yet, the resulting look feels surprising and new. It's both sexy and sporty and fit for everyday wear. We definitely could see Kylie Jenner wearing this one.
Look 50 – One of the recurring themes in yesterday's show was the shoulder zipper. Sewn into several of the tracksuits, it created an asymmetry that was enticing, particularly in a nylon tracksuit like the one worn by Paul Hameline.
Look 51 – Major trend alert: polo shirts are back in a big way. Also prominently featured at Y/Project and Atlein, among others, they had to make an appearance at Lacoste. After all, they're the brand's star product. This time though, their proportions were reworked to make them into dresses, again with that side slit.
