Grant of License
The Licensor (NOWFASHION.com) grants the Licensee (you) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the purchased image for personal, editorial purposes (including fashion magazines, blogs), and social media. Any commercial, promotional, or print use is strictly prohibited. The use of the image is limited to digital formats only.
Images Credits
The Licensee is required to credit NOWFASHION.com and/or @nowfashion whenever the images are shared or published.
Restrictions
The Licensee may not:

- Sublicense, sell, transfer, or distribute the image to third parties.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works from the image without the Licensor’s written permission.
- Use the image in a defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal manner.
Downloading the Image
The Licensee has the right to download the image up to 3 times within 30 days of purchase. After this period, the right to download will expire, and a new license will need to be purchased.
Improper Use
In the event of improper use of the images, including but not limited to unauthorized commercial uses, the Licensor reserves the right to immediately revoke the license without notice and take legal action to protect its rights.
Copyright Protection
All images available on NOWFASHION.com are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from these images is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Acknowledgment
By purchasing and downloading the image, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Licensing Agreement.
