PFW: 9 Things You Might Have Missed

So many shows, so many presentations, events, parties, and more – it’s a tough life! And even with Instagram et al, it can be easy to miss what’s happening at Paris Fashion Week; those cool styling tricks and quirks can be overlooked if you blink for a moment. Luckily, we didn’t.

The Undercover Glasto-style finale. All the models walked out in a rainbow of festival-cagoule gear, wellington boots upon their feet, following an overall youthful-preppy collection.

Look 1 of the Issey Miyake show. Beautiful – and set a refreshed direction for the brand, which made for a strong collection.

Actually, the likelihood is that you didn’t miss any of the Isabel Marant show, such is its now cult appeal, which will only stand to be enhanced thanks to this western-inspired collection full of great wardrobe pieces, this fringe jacket in particular.

This incredible coat at Ann Demeulemeester, which buttoned up at the back for an ecclesiastical feel. So elegant.

These dangly-jangly pearl boots at Andrew Gn. The designer said backstage that he had been inspired by the Sixties and Eighties for a collection that played to his strength for colour and decoration.
